Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product significantly differs from what was ordered

Non-Returnable Cases

• Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
• Return requests made after the eligibility period
• Products without original packaging (where applicable)

How to Request a Return

• Message us on WhatsApp within the eligible return window
• Share your order details along with photos/video of the product issue
• Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps within 24–48 hours

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected (if applicable), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer as shared by you.

Exchange

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know while raising your return request on WhatsApp, and we'll arrange it subject to product availability.
