Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp and payment is verified, we begin processing your order within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines will be shared with you on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control — we will keep you informed in such cases.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
• For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping charge will apply, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, we will share the tracking details (courier name + tracking ID) with you via WhatsApp.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
